Echt Return Policy?
ECHT.com.au has a clear return policy. Items purchased can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Alternatively, an exchange or credit on the product can be received within 30 days. If there is a price difference in the exchange, a store credit will be issued.
Returns are only accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, and the size label is intact, with original packaging. If the returned item is not in good condition, the return request will not be actioned.
